Over the past few months, the Tulip team has been hard at work to deliver exciting features and improvements to our platform and ecosystem. We shared some of those announcements at the Tulip Showcase, a virtual event hosted for our customers, partners, and the wider frontline operations industry.
At the Showcase, we discussed two key themes: Democratization and Extensibility. Our vision for the future of Tulip brings democratization of technology to all manufacturing spaces. To ensure we are providing the right tools, Tulip will continue to be an extensible platform.
Here is a look at every we announced to help build our ecosystem with those themes in mind:
Analytics Insights for Frontline Engineers
Analytics Insights are a collection of features in Tulip that leverage frontline knowledge and machine learning to enable outlier detection, accessible forecasting, and alerting. We are introducing Analytics Insights to ensure that engineers, operators, and decision-makers have the data they need to support their decision-making in production environments without any code.
Over the past few months, insights have become available to all users through three major updates:
Control Charts through chart layers that provide visual outlier indications on time-series table data like cycle time and defect rates.
Automatic email Alerts for detected outliers in Control Charts.
Forecasting for time-series charts, bringing machine learning predictions, and can be adjusted for seasonality and confidence levels to Analytics.
Enterprise App Exchange for Workspaces
Scale your organization using the Enterprise App Exchange. The App Exchange is an exciting update to Workspaces that enables you to centrally curate, manage, and share apps across multiple sites within your organization. By sharing apps through the App Exchange, you’ll be able to standardize apps containing best practices, brand colors, and app layouts. You’ll also accelerate time-to-value by giving your colleagues in other workspaces a template app to customize locally and meet their site’s specific needs and use cases
